Private Pilates Tuition

Pilates studio equipment was derived from the original Joseph Pilates work used in rehabilitation. Studio equipment provides feedback to the body allowing for a greater sense of body awareness and stability through movement. Optimum stability, alignment, flexibility and mobility are all promoted. Studio equipment is on a one to one basis to cater for individual needs.

For clients who would like matwork only/matwork and small equipment it is possible for me to visit you at your home at an extra cost:

Small groups By arrangement

I teach private clients at my home in a dedicated Pilates equipment room where I have a reformer, tower and spine corrector. The room is mirrored to allow for checking of alignment and I also use small pieces of equipment such as pilates balls, foam rollers, the power ring, bands and spikey balls.

The cost: £40 per hour(£35 to those attending matwork classes).
