If, however, bad conditions result in venue closure, I will be unable to run classes. In this case, I will tag on an extra class either during the term or at the end of the term. Please understand it may not be possible to choose a date that will suit all. I will not be offering refunds due to weather conditions.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds

'Catch Up' classes

It is unlikely, that a place can be filled if cancellation of a class place is given at short notice. Therefore, it will not be possible to obtain a full refund. However, if you give 3 weeks cancellations notice prior to the start of the course, you will be refunded 50% of the amount you have paid. Please consider this when choosing to book for a full term.

If I am able to fill your place prior to the start of a course. There will be a small administration fee of £5 incurred and a refund will be given.

In order to offer better 'value for money' I offer existing clients a chance to 'catch up' on a missed class (at the appropriate level). Please note that this is by arrangement with me only. Please will you ensure you either email me or speak to me to confirm whether or not the date you want is convenient. This is to ensure that classes do not become too full on any particular date.

If you have booked a class for a particular day, then it is requested that you endeavour to attend your booked class. It would become unmanageable if the majority of clients were swapping classes on a weekly basis.

'Catch Up' classes are only offered during the period you have booked and paid for. You cannot carry over 'catch up classes' to the next term or to the second half of term if you have not paid for it. Please be aware that you may not always get a chance to make up for missed classes if you cannot attend your booked slot.

Class Cancellation

If I am unable to run a class or get it covered by another instructor due to my own personal circumstance, you will be offered a refund for the class.

Class Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions

Due to some extreme weather conditions in 2009 and 2010, it is necessary to include 'Bad Weather' into the Terms and Conditions.

I intend to run classes during bad weather conditions whenever possible, as bookings are made according to client availability on published course dates.
