How To Book
Please contact me by email or telephone 07941 085849 to book a 1:1 session
You will need to complete a Health Screening Form prior to the session. If you have been referred to Pilates by a specialist practitioner, e.g. your Doctor, a Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor, I will ask for your permission to liaise with them to ensure you get the best possible care.
Health Screening Form
It is important that full information is given on the Health Screening form in order to be able to ensure you are suitable for a group class. The Health Screening form can be completed online. You will be sent a link to the form on request, along with booking information.
