I have 17 years of experience running Pilates Courses for Beginners. There is always a high demand for these courses and limited spaces. Finding one that fits your timing can be an issue. In this period of quarantine during the Coronavirus Pandemic, I decided to put my knowledge and experience into an online course that would be easily accessible and affordable to clients wanting to learn the basics of Pilates. The course offers realistic progression week by week for an absolute beginner to Pilates.
There are 14 Videos, 8 hours viewing time in total. Exercise sessions range from 30 to 56 Minutes. You will have 3 months access to the videos and you can watch each video as many times as you like.

As with all exercise programs, you need to use common sense. If you are experiencing discomfort or pain do not continue with the exercises.
